I have worked in the construction industry for 20+ years. I started in demolition then welding then building and remodels and now home inspections. I use thermal imaging to help locate any potential leaks in the walls and electrical hot spots. I have a 4k drone for the roofs that I am not able to get on. This helps see what is going on with the roof instead of just guessing. I look forward to working with you and your realtor in your home buying process.
