1999 Condominium

Here is a Condominium in the Hillsboro area that I did a major item-only inspection on. HOA takes care of the exterior of the property and therefore I am limited in my scope of the inspection. Most of the time there is no basement or crawlspace to have access to. The roof usually has no access as well.
